Review on DEEPCOOL MATREXX 50 Tempered Glass Supported by Sean Burnett

I love this case, it's so pretty to look at, especially with all the RGB ports that work @___@ (computer newly built, maybe upgraded later). The RGB works but I can't get the fans to work despite watching YouTube videos on the Deepcool website and plugging in a "splitter" (I think that's what they call that cable that connects multiple fans so you can use a slot can connect to the mainboard) into various fan slots on the mainboard (ASRock B550) and even connect fans directly to the specified slots on the mobile phone. The documentation provided is basic and does not apply to the connections. Or even how to open the front panel where the fans are placed. What I also didn't like was that you couldn't remove the hard drive bay on the bottom of the case. One of the "legs" of the case was broken, and the metal was bent slightly toward the case. Not sure if it's the courier's fault or not (shipping box didn't look damaged). However, I realized this too late when I collected my computer parts and later reassembled them. Oh, I know that sounds pretty negative, but despite all that, I really like this case. UPDATE October 29, 2020 I'm giving this one another star. Product as DeepCool customer support has been great. I spoke to them about the fan problem and after providing proof of purchase and a video of the problem, I sent 3 new fans.
