Review on GaraTia by Victor Jack

I was eager to check out GaraTia's selection of apparel, footwear, and accessories as a foreign shopper. Their overseas delivery, however, left a lot to be desired in my experience. First of all, I had trouble finding information on international shipping on their website. It took some digging, but I was eventually able to find out the shipping costs. I almost didn't go through with the transaction because of how annoying the lack of clarity was. I was dismayed to see that shipment would take so long after I had finally placed my order. My order didn't arrive for weeks, which was much longer than the time frame GaraTia had promised. When my shipment eventually arrived, I was even more dissatisfied with the poor quality of the items I had ordered. The garments were ill-fitting and poorly constructed, and the footwear was painful. Even the jewelry was of low quality and not at all like the photos on the website. GaraTia's customer care was unhelpful and unresponsive when I tried to voice my dissatisfaction with them. It was obvious that they had no intention of assisting me in fixing the problems I was having. As an international customer, my dealings with GaraTia were generally negative. Their dishonesty, sluggish shipment, and low-grade goods all left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're an international shopper in search of a reputable and high-quality internet store, I wouldn't suggest GaraTia.
