Excellent Mist Blowing Fan

We live in Northern California and the weather was very hot so I decided to buy it for my dad who lived with us. He has COPD and finds it difficult to breathe when it's hot. This item is perfect for him! Not only does it help cool you down, but it also acts as a moisturizer. He puts it next to him on a table or bedside table, which helps him cool down. The video I posted shows a fan and fog at the top. You can tilt the fan and control the amount of mist it puts out, as well as control how hard the fan blows. This works great when you're within 2 feet of him. It does not cool the room and is purely a personal fan. Calling it a portable air conditioner fan is misleading. It's not air conditioning, it doesn't cool the air, it just makes YOU feel cooler because the fog is blowing. I think if you put ice in the water compartment the vapor will be a bit cooler. I have found that a full tank lasts around 4 hours at high speeds. There's also a backlight that changes color. Not very loud either.
