I bought this item. My husky is a lifesaver. He came to me in October 2015 and is estimated to be 6 years old. When I take him to the dog park he spends half his time tagging trees and everything. A few months ago he tagged my daughter's room (laminate), we cleaned it with vinegar and water and shut the door for him. Then a few weeks later he tagged my bedroom (wooden floor) and again I washed as best I could with vinegar water and closed the door on him. Well, no wonder he climbed into my bedroom and checked himself back in. I bought this product and tried it because it might happen again. I followed the directions, scrubbed the wood floor several times, then applied Advanced Pet (hard) and did the process in my daughter's room. I waited a few weeks and figured it would be best to take him to my room and see what happens. It took me about 15 minutes to get anywhere. I tried not to meet his eyes, but kept my eyes on him closely. He visited the area a few more times but just left and lay down to wait for me. Since then he has visited my room and my daughter's several times and never looked back. The smell is not unpleasant and well tolerated. I waited to see the results before posting. But I feel like I can recommend this product.
