I like that it is easy enough for anyone, whether they are new or seasoned in survey administration can access this program without much difficulty -it does not take long! The fact that we have been able to streamline our processes has helped us be more efficient as well! As usual there could always be something better but nothing too bad either! We use their system when doing surveys at events since some people may forget how to respond if you ask them directly (which is where jetpacks comes into play).
