Jetpack Review

I like that this software is easy to use, it has an intuitive interface, and is very helpful in getting all the necessary information for my organization. It also allows me to see what other organizations have done with their jetpacks and how they are using them. The only thing I do not like about this software is that it can be a bit buggy at times. The best part is that it makes collecting survey information easy for our customers - not having paper forms or asking them questions via phone calls! I like that it is easy enough for anyone, whether they are new or seasoned in survey administration can access this program without much difficulty -it does not take long! The ease in which we can create surveys, compare results from multiple sources for accuracy/reliability is excellent! We also love that it allows us access via mobile devices as well so no need to lug around paper or laptop versions when away at conferences etc (or even if you are just out & about). It has been very easy adding our new staff members who have not previously used any online survey software - they simply learn how quickly this system works compared other systems I've tried before

The ability for the customer service representative to help me through my questions was great! I had so many questions, but they were able to answer each one very quickly.
