Review on Jetpack by Sean Garrison

The best part is that it makes collecting survey information easy for our customers - not having paper forms or asking them questions via phone calls! I dislike how this tool doesn't work as well in other countries, like Canada (we are an international business). It takes time getting used too since you have no idea what all those buttons do when they first sign up. Also we had issues signing into some surveys after training so make sure your team has enough people who can use multiple computers/laptops at once if needed. We've been using jetpacks now over 2 years while also adding new clients each month without any problems thus far!!
