Bought to replace a driver's side sliding door part but as another former customer noted the lock and unlock activation has been changed. I had to disassemble the old faulty part to examine the wiring to determine which wires should be swapping their connectors. Considering the return latch as the top of the connector, it was observed that the bottom two red and black wires are connected to the internal microswitch both on and off. The top two wires (blue and white in this case) were connected to the bolt motor. Reconnecting the top two wires will achieve correct activation of locking and unlocking in sync with the rest of the doors. Please see picture.
