Arrived damaged

I ordered these shoes for my granddaughter for her wedding and unfortunately didn't look at them before the wedding. Yesterday I took them out of the box to put them on and found that one of the shoes was missing all the beads except for one on the strap. I missed the opportunity to return them so now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit.
