Review on πŸ”§ Retractable Workbench Caster Kit – SPACEKEEPER by Chad Myers

Nice casters but throw away the screws

I purchased these videos after reading online reviews and looking at similar products at local stores. What I like: 1. They're pretty durable and work great as long as they roll on a flat surface. They are definitely not for uneven surfaces. If you want wheels that roll over dirt and uneven surfaces, you need to buy larger diameter wheels.2. They look cool - the color combination is attractive and stands out from other regular brands. What I don't like: 1. I agree with other reviewers - screws are absolutely useless. If you use the screws that came with the product, you can never remove them. Screws lose their heads very easily. I recommend that you get better quality screws.2. The risk of travel is very risky. If you plan to place the equipment you are installing in the middle of a room or hallway, there is a high risk of tripping for people who may not be aware of the casters. Some reviewers have indicated that it installs in the legs of their workbench. If you have one on hand, I highly recommend this. However, if you plan to leave your bench in the corner most of the time and plan on moving it around while you work, this may not pose much of a hazard to you. Conclusion: I recommend this product. But advise the manufacturer to retrofit the screws. I understand that you want to increase your profits, but if you really want your product to be successful, only goodwill and positive reviews can help you beat your competitors.
