This is perfect for what I wanted it for. I take it to the gym to work out as they don't have enough fans to keep me cool. I took it abroad and used it for cooling where there was no electricity and there was a lot of heat and humidity. It exhausts enough air that I rarely have to use it at high rpm. From previous reviews I understood that there is a magnet at its base, but there was none. Although initially disappointing, it's versatile enough that I'm okay with it the way it is. I highly recommend this product. I've spent many hours with it and still don't have to change the batteries.
