Description of WODFitters Resistance Bands For Pull Up Assistance, Stretching, Mobility Workouts, Warm Up, Recovery, Powerlifting, Home Fitness And Exercise…

WODFitters Pull Up Assistance Band for Stretching, Mobility Workouts, Warm Up, Recovery, Powerlifting, Home Fitness and Exercise. Sale is for a SINGLE BAND. This is for a single #0 ORANGE (Extra Light Band) workout resistance band. This exercise resistance band offers a tension range of 5-15 lbs. (2-7kg). With the least amount of resistance, these bands can be employed in stretching, jumping and other light exercises. Here are the details of all the other bands we offer: #1 Red- 10 to 35 Pounds (1/2 inch *4.5mm), #2 Black - 30 to 60 Pounds (3/4 inch *4.5mm), #3 Purple- 40 to 80 Pounds (1.25 inch *4.5mm), #4 Green - 50 to 125 Pounds (1.75 inch *4.5mm), #5 Blue - 65 to 175 Pounds (2.5 inch *4.5mm), #6 Grey - 230-250 Pounds (3 1/4 inch 4.5mm). Many people buy more than one band and combine the bands for most efficient training. Combining bands gives you 3 levels of assistance - one with the thicker band, one with the thinner band, and one with both bands. This allows you to do sets where you start with the thicker band and then add the thinner band to squeeze out a few additional reps. As your strength gradually increases, you can switch from double bands to the thicker band and then the thinner band alone.

Type of review

I bought the red band. I started using it diligently 3 weeks ago. My goal was to never use the assistance (pull up machine) while doing chin ups or pull ups. Normally I can do 10-12 reps with 10 lbs of assistance on a machine. This band is so much better! It makes your body work so much harder to achieve your goal. It engages all your muscles. I love it! The first time I used it for chin ups, I could do 10 reps. The next day my shoulders, arms, deltoids, lats were screaming. I took 2 day rest…

Pros
  • Needed this to add to the collection of big rubber bands. 😁 great resistance band.
Cons
  • The bands may snap or break if stretched too far

Good resistance and appears durable so far

I'm a gym-rat without a gym right now (covid). Bought this band and the black one to try at home. I don't know how they come up with the "weight" these bands simulate, because depending on where you hold it and how far you stretch it, it is either super-light or super-heavy. But, I've found that to be a good thing.I have installed hooks in the 6x6 piers holding up my deck and I hook these bands on the hooks and use it like you would a Cable Pulley Machine and it's a pretty good workout. I've…

Pros
  • Highly recommend this product. Easily transportable and versatile for a workout on the go.
Cons
  • The price of the WODFitters Resistance Bands may be too high for some users

So far so good! good for me

I bought 4 of these separately (in retrospect probably should have bought the 4 pack) - essentially I purchased every color except the thickest blue band; this way I could slowly taper down to complete my summertime goal of being able to do a set of 3 full range of motion unassisted chin-ups (from a starting point of barely being able to hang from the bar so this seemed like an insurmountable goal). These are a very high quality and I love that when hung they all come to the same length so you…

Pros
  • Quality durable band.
Cons
  • Some users have reported that the bands start to lose their resistance over time

You get what you pay for

I've gotten several of these resistance bands over the years and they included the colors red, purple, and black. Every single one of them ends up getting some small tears and one of mine, the purple band, snapped while my girlfriend was trying to do pullups. I've put them through normal use, utilizing them for pullups as well as other pulling and pressing band movements. I wouldn't really recommend these. Better off getting quality bands that will last indefinitely.

Pros
  • Very stronger and durable.
Cons
  • The WODFitters Resistance Bands are not suitable for people with latex allergies

Versatile and cheap with REAL RESULTS!

These are amazing! I haven't worked out in a long time, I mean its been years and I live to far from a gym so I watched videos on youtube about these as I needed something to help me workout at home because I don't have much room for various machines. I have been working out doing full body workouts with these every 3 days and eating right and I am seeing HUGE progress in building muscle and burning fat (I had some belly fat and my arms had almost no tone before) I often look at my arms and…

Get yourself a set of these!

These are the best resistance bands I have ever used. You can feel the quality by feel and by stretching them. I had to wait a few days to write a good review for these, because when it comes to fitness accessories, I am very demanding. I used these bands for a push-pull-legs split and they were fantastic! They really passed the iron test. I used them for squats and I'm 6,1, and they still managed to make me reach failure with only 9 reps on the squats -- keep in mind that I can squat 315lbs on

Pros
  • If you're new to fitness or just starting to incorporate strength training into your routine, these bands can be a great way to ease into more advanced exercises
Cons
  • The bands may be difficult to store or transport

Second set I have purchased.

I have another set which is 5 years old with thousands of pulls on them. Just when I think I'm going to snap them, they keep on going. This is my 2nd set. The Blue Band is worth the extra $ if you have strong aspirations.

Love the band. but may have got a defective one.

It’s a nice band but unfortunately I don’t think it’s going to last too long :( when I use it, there are a few spots that are thinning out on the band already and this was before I even started using it. I purchased another band from WODfitters in a different size and that band is great!

Cons
  • The bands may slip or slide down the legs during certain exercises

Use them for everything

Ill use these bands for everything! Warm ups, workouts, and assisted work.I also use the larger thicker bands on my school’s bench press. Keeping my back from slipping. I would recommend. However, they smell like rubber! Keep these out handing to air out for a few days.

Pros
  • Customizable
Cons
  • The bands may smell or attract odors over time

Pros

Cons
  • The material of the bands may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some users

Quality has gone down a lot

I have bought these for several years now. Every time I buy them it seems the quality goes down. Recently had one snap so had to buy another one since I use two of these at a time. The resistance in the new band is terrible…. Last band I bought is a lot tougher and the new one looks like it could easily break and the resistance is way less. Old band and new band are both reds by the same brand so should be the same right?

Pros
  • Many people buy more than one band and combine the bands for most efficient training. Combining bands gives you 3 levels of assistance - one with the thicker band, one with the thinner band, and one with both bands. Cons
  • The bands may be too short for certain exercises, requiring users to double them up

Cons

Good quality for my opinion

Not cheap like some other brands I've bought & thrown out. Perfect for a lil less assistance than my gyms' bands. Definitely recommend this brand! I bought the 1, 2, & 3.

Pros
  • Low-Impact
Cons
  • The bands may lose their elasticity over time if not stored properly

Overall review is four stars. It did not earn a 5 Star for me because of the deceptive advertising, it looks like you get a few of them but you only get one. It seems to be the stiffest one. Also it did seem to have a few small defects on a few parts of the band maybe because they didn't let it cure long enough or they packaged it too soon, it's like it's stuck together in the packaging and leaves marks when you peel it apart. Note to manufacturer please put correct picture for product up and…

5' 7' 155lbs, Get the Black Bands for Exercises

For starters I got the black band. The reason I wanted this is because I was in an area temporarily and didn't want to commit myself to a gym. I do love weight lifting but I hadn't done so for nearly a year and I just didn't want to pay for starting and ending and new member fees. I just wanted to get fit but without the hassle that gyms usually demand. I also lived in a house that wasn't mine and would only be traveling to and fro through plane. I didn't want to buy any weights for myself, not…

Good quality - correct length?

This is my first set of resistance bands, and I purchased them for the sole purpose of pull up assistance. I purchased both the blue and green bands based on my current weight and the number of pull ups I can currently perform unassisted. The bands came SUPER fast. I am not sure if it's because of Prime or because of the seller, but the bands qualified for free one-day shipping. That was amazing. If that is something the seller setup, I really appreciate that. If it's not, I'll give them the…

Pros
  • Effective: Using these bands in your workouts can help you to improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility
Cons
  • The bands may be too thick to fit between certain body parts

Great item and price too

I’m using it to stretch every once in a while when working from home. I do CrossFit type workouts and I like to get up and stretch about once every hour to counter act my desk job and help with soreness and general posture. So I’m liking it so far

Pros
  • ‎35 Pounds
Cons
  • Some users have reported that the bands are too narrow, making them uncomfortable to use
