Good resistance and appears durable so far
I'm a gym-rat without a gym right now (covid). Bought this band and the black one to try at home. I don't know how they come up with the "weight" these bands simulate, because depending on where you hold it and how far you stretch it, it is either super-light or super-heavy. But, I've found that to be a good thing.I have installed hooks in the 6x6 piers holding up my deck and I hook these bands on the hooks and use it like you would a Cable Pulley Machine and it's a pretty good workout. I've stretched this band pretty hard and so far it's holding up really well.One note though, since these don't have handles, you'll want to wear some kind of workout gloves. Otherwise they will eat your hands up!
