Pro- very flexiblePro- seems accurate on assistance and resistance ratingPro- I use on several resistance exercises curls, deadlifts, and heavy bagPro- I use as pull-up assistancePro- I received a follow up e-mail from WODFitters to confirm I received my delivery and if it was up to my satisfactionPro- considering I received a follow up e-mail giving a pro for their customer serviceAs far as durability I cannot rate because I just purchased.I am 6’3 240 lbs so when doing pull-ups I probably am getting only 10lbs of assistance so if you are looking for more assistance on pull-ups instead of banging out a few more reps I would recommend one of their larger bands. I will be purchasing more of this product in the future
