I have ordered these shoes twice. The first time I ordered a size 12. Unless otherwise stated, I assumed they would come in US 12. Wrong, I got a UK 12 or US 13. I returned them. Thinking there must be a mistake, I ordered them again in US 12. I'm in the US, the shoes are from the US. The listing doesn't mention that the size might not be US size. Got a UK 12/US 13 again. Sent back. I try a third time. This time I ordered US11. Lets see what happens.
