I like that it's easy to use for both beginners as well as experts of different levels! It has helped me organize my thoughts when writing proposals or presentations with its structure toolbox which can be used like an outline / mind map (which makes sense!). Also very helpful if you're working remotely - no need anymore to copy paste your text from one document into another every time because everything gets synced automatically via Dropbox/Google Drive etc., so all documents are always up2date at once!!
