I never subscribed to this or any other item but they sent it anyway a few months ago. Of course he transferred the card to a bank account which I rarely use since we moved abroad and now use other cards for most things and ruined everything. It's too much to keep up with why anyone would even sign up for anything. When someone has a need, it should be harder to set up and not where it can happen by accident or where someone else can get it done. When I first bought the product it was ok but not as good as the ones I got for my daughter in the real store. I think these pens are too fragile to put in an envelope and leave in the heat no matter how long they've been stored.
