I've always been a big fan of Logitech hardware and have had a C615 that I've been using for four years. But recent flickering made me look for a backup camera. A colleague chose the Avaya HC020 and I was impressed not only with the video quality but also with features like variable zoom, backlighting, multiple camera selection and manual focus. I also felt I was getting more value from Avaya than buying a new Brio. PROS: High quality video, excellent multi-depth lens, remote control, good low light capabilities. CONS: Expensive for most people, graininess at full zoom (no surprise), no physical lens cap. All in all very recommendable.
