Good camera, lots of features, a bit blurry for a webcam

This camera isn't really intended to be a traditional webcam for your PC, but it works well for that purpose. You can pan a bit and it's quite a wide angle. However, it's not as good as my 920 for close-ups. I paid a fair price for this camera, not much different than what more traditional quality webcams were selling at the time, so I was happy with the purchase. All in all I think it would be a good boardroom camera and would be fine for an office. Love the fact that it works well with theโ€ฆ

Less than a year later the camera crap.

$200+ Webcam that won't last a year. No meaningful support from Avaya. It turns on (I see a blue light) but stops working. I tried to download a new firmware but it doesn't work. My system says the camera works fine, but it doesn't work at all. (Again, where's Avaya Support?) I really liked the camera when it worked, but now it's just a paperweight. Paperweight for $228.

Great upgrade if you spend 8 hours a day with a camera

I've always been a big fan of Logitech hardware and have had a C615 that I've been using for four years. But recent flickering made me look for a backup camera. A colleague chose the Avaya HC020 and I was impressed not only with the video quality but also with features like variable zoom, backlighting, multiple camera selection and manual focus. I also felt I was getting more value from Avaya than buying a new Brio. PROS: High quality video, excellent multi-depth lens, remote control, good lowโ€ฆ

Webcams are worth every penny

Stop thinking and buy this. WFH because of Covid everyone went nuts and wanted to do everything via video conference, even though earlier the same meeting was only over the phone because everyone was reading the same reviews and overhearing them. I stumbled upon this and couldn't be happier. True plug and play. Literally plug it into your USB port, fire up the conferencing app and select that camera. At the moment it works with all conferencing apps I've tried (Zoom, Bluejeans, GtM). The levelโ€ฆ

This amazing webcam

I am responsible for IT in a small company with about 50 users. When the pandemic hit and everyone started using Teams, Zoom, etc., I searched long and hard for a quality webcam that would control the window lights behind my users and allow them to easily pan and zoom the camera without Having to use software provision for these settings. Then I found this Avaya camera with a remote control. This webcam is amazing. With the remote control, users can easily zoom/pan, and there is also a "Light"โ€ฆ
