This camera isn't really intended to be a traditional webcam for your PC, but it works well for that purpose. You can pan a bit and it's quite a wide angle. $200+ Webcam that won't last a year. No meaningful support from Avaya. It turns on (I see a blue light) but stops working. I tried to download a new firmware but it doesn't work. My system says the camera works fine, but it doesn't work at all. (Again, where's Avaya Support?) I really liked the camera when it worked, but now it's just a paperweight. Paperweight for $228.
