This chair is dignified and beautiful. My wife and daughter sit and sit normally. However, I'm 6'2 and only weigh 218 lbs. When I got in, the mesh on the seat wasn't stiff enough to support me. My buttocks sagged and I just sat down on the chair's frame. It's wrong so I sent it back the next day. The back was decent, I also sank but didn't lean my back on the frame. The lumbar support meant next to nothing and everything sagged under my weight. As said, this review is if you are a tall boy weighing over 200lbs. Claimed weight is 275 pounds, but I suspect that means more support for either the actual frame or the piston [the part that allows the seat to go up and down]. I do not recommend this chair for taller people like me [or taller]. The back tilt and lock worked well on 3 angles 90, 110 and 130, the armrests were adjustable but misaligned. too easy and had to be constantly put in place. I would leave this chair as is until it's decent, but I'm NOT sitting on a mesh chair frame, which defeats the purpose of an "ergonomic" chair. Instead I find something with a cushion where the seat supports me better and more rigidly and I don't slouch to sit on the frame. It's not worth the $250 I paid when he can't support me in the seat but charges £275.
