My husband and I needed a pair of water boots for a Caribbean cruise next year. I am very picky about shape and need arch support. First I ordered my pair. I read what the seller said about ordering a size up, so I did. They fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and have little arch support. I would like more, but I'm still satisfied. We decided to order a pair for my husband using the same rule one size up. But his were still too big. I had to send them back and order a size smaller. The return was very easy and hassle free. Overall we are both very happy with our shoes.
