First of all I would like to point out that I upgraded to this from a 2017 29" LG IPS Ultra Wide which died for me. When I switch from a good IPS display to this one I see a definite difference between VA and IPS panels as the colors are less vibrant but that's to be expected. We continue. The design is really good and all the features are great. Although it's not much bigger than the LG monitor I came from, iot seems to be a much larger screen. Maybe it's the curved display effect? I'm very interested. The 200Hz refresh rate is great and I can clearly see the difference when playing games like Overwatch, Quake Champions and Warframe with one gaming at such high refresh rates Freesync is on top as always I don't experience any actual motion blur which has been mentioned by people playing on VA panels with such high refresh rates a can occur. For reference, the PC I've paired this with has a 3.9GHz Ryzen 7 1700 and an 8GB Radeon RX 580. I'd like to point out that unlike the LG monitor I have had, real picture in picture supported. I love this feature as my PS4 also connects to this monitor via HDMI and I love that there is a spare HDMI port. PIP is such an important feature for monitors like this, so I'm happy to see it here. Now for perhaps the biggest caveats regarding the display, which makes it a bit frustrating to use. 1.) I installed this screen on a vertical stand. The included VESA wall mount adapter works fine, but as I noted in another reviewer, it doesn't provide adequate clearance for the screw that some of these VESA wall mounts use. Although it will flex against that center screw, I only partially screwed it in at the four corners. I don't think this will drop the display as it's light (and in fact it's 4 industrial screws, this thing doesn't have enough leverage to snap them into place) but it would be nice to have an adapter built into the indentation around these screw to compensate. 2.) This is the most important thing. When Freesync is enabled, the display stretches any connection over HDMI to the full monitor size. I was really scratching my head trying to figure out why no matter what display setting I chose, my PS4 kept stretching the PS4 output to fill the screen. I was only able to fix this by disabling Freesync in the OSD. This is awkward as I like to switch between the two displays. I'm sure this can easily be fixed with a firmware update. So if anyone from Scepter is reading this, please take the time to fix it. Otherwise this monitor is fantastic and I am very happy with it. I hope this review is helpful as this is a brand new monitor on the market. I took a chance as Scepter was one of the first screen manufacturers to release a budget 1080P HDTV in 2008 which was my first HDTV. I really liked this TV and the friend I gave it to is still using it with no problems. So far this display is great, apart from a cumbersome freesync bug.
