No false advertising here. This cat litter is honestly the BEST cat litter I have ever used. I have had house cats my entire life and I have more than one cat. I live in a tiny one room apartment. This filler retains odor and clumps well. It's not so sticky that you have to scrape it off the bottom of the bowl with a chisel like many brands of kitty litter. There's no trash either. It is not "free" but leaves much less room to sweep than other litters. Although not listed on the packaging, it can be flushed and safely used in septic tanks. I flush garbage down the toilet and never had a problem and am in a septic tank. My cats love it too and are very picky.
