It works and doesn't get too hot.

No complaints. I plugged in a 4amp cooler and it ran all night. The power converter got a little warm. It certainly will be warmer with higher amps drawn. But at 48W (4Ax12V), it is about as warm as my laptop converter running about the same watts.

Pros

Great to take with me to charge my portable oxygen machine when I go visit family
