This is a true plug and play wireless PC controller and works great with my Lenovo Yoga laptop. It took me a second to set it up on Steam since it's not an Xbox branded controller, but if you just go to Settings > Controllers > General Controller Settings and then check the "Xbox Configuration Support" box and that's it ok and your Steam games will automatically detect it as an Xbox configuration. All in all, it took me about two minutes to believe this thing wasn't working and another three minutes to figure out it was a Steam issue. After those five minutes, I played Hollow Knight for about an hour and had absolutely no problems. If you're playing across the room from the screen/console it's connected to, you might have a weaker connection which could cause issues, but I haven't tested it so I'm still not sure . However, you always have the option to connect to the network if the connection is poor or the controller battery is low, which I really appreciate! So far I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this purchase, especially for the price compared to the XBox brand. I look forward to playing all my PC games with a controller!
