Review on Cable Matters Braided DisplayPort - Certified for Superior Performance by Pat Peoples

I ordered a Display Port KVM Switch because my old DVI KVM Switch was starting to go haywire. The new DP KVM didn't show anything even after I got a DP to HDMI cable from my local OfficeMax/Office Depot. It was either a switch or my cord going through multiple adapters. I ordered this cable for use with a KVM switch if it works properly. Received it today and tested it with Direct Connect and Direct Connect using the Mac Mini DP to Mini DP Adapter. Everything worked, so using the switch and NOT using the correct DisplayPort cable is not an option. My KVM setup for my Mac and the docking station for my work laptop seem to be cleaner without all the adapters :-). The cable is well made, with latches on the connector and a braid on the cable. Feels well made and looks good.
