Much better build quality than I expected. I've been working in the attic for the past few days using it as my only light source and it was more than enough even in low light to last all day. Unlike some other similar lights I've used, there's no audible coil noise at low settings, and I haven't encountered any overheating issues yet. A couple of things I'd like to mention as the documentation is a bit sparse - Micro USB charging port If you try to unscrew the cap on the side of the power button you will find that it is a fake ring holding the charging port exposed and indicator light. - The first press of the power button sets it to a low level and the second press to a high level within a relatively short time. I like that it doesn't run on blindingly high settings. - Double pressing the power button at any time while the device is on or off will cycle through the pattern modes between fast strobe, alarm and beacon effect which emits a flash about every 3 seconds. - The included battery lacks the distinctive positive end protrusion that many batteries have, making it difficult to work with the wall charger I already had, but that wasn't a problem as the built-in USB charging works well.
