Review on Collection Screen Protector Generation Display by Dave Lopez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It took me 3 times to get it right but it turned out great in the end. It takes practice.

Applying protective films to the screen is a very difficult task. It took me three attempts to successfully apply the protective film. I discovered a trick on my On. I have a plastic flyer that I bought a few months ago. It's as thick as a credit card and as wide as an iPad Air. When attaching the protective film, I used a plastic flyer by pressing on it. It worked like a charm. One more note, I rotated the iPad to landscape mode. This made it much easier to attach the protective film. I gave this item 5 stars because it worked in the end and I've always had trouble with other screen protectors. Update: I wanted to post an update to this review because I found another very clever way to put on a screen protector. Masking tape required. Cut 2 or 3 pieces of tape, each about 1 inch long. Place the iPad in landscape orientation (long side facing you). Align the protective film without removing the protective film and stick 2 or 3 pieces of masking tape on the edge facing you so that the protective film is perfectly aligned and opens and closes like a reading book. If there are dust particles on the surface of the iPad, be sure to clean it now. I recommend using a compressed air tank. When you are happy with the alignment, remove the inner protective film (to reveal the sticky part of the tread). Then carefully fold the protective film onto the surface of the iPad. You should get a good, perfect fit. You can use the method above to remove the air pockets. After removing the air pockets, remove the masking tape and protective film from the top of the tread. Hope that helps!
