Hard and not fluffy; not below

I was happy to find a plus size duvet after my regular one (which I like in every way) didn't stop shifting in my duvet cover but after five rounds in the dryer with tennis balls in it stuffing there are still thin spots, and the fabric still feels stiff and crispy (and noisy). The lint filter contained surprisingly few bits of down, which tells me it's mostly feathers (this has just been confirmed - the label says 95% feathers, 5% down). Divider boxes are also small, maybe 10 inches square. Send it back and look elsewhere.
