They will hate it - they will love it.

This has to be the most annoying, noisy and slightly scariest toy in the house. And it's my daughter's favorite. He currently lives in the garage until I forget to buy new batteries for him. Because they're dying right now, and it's 1000 times worse. Will your child like it? Probably. You will be? No chance. After seeing her giggle so hard I bought it 100 more times.
