Failed to load media. I received and 10 minutes after sending I was ready to kick. Helps to prepare the cassette and the bike. 15 minutes and I connected to Zwift and made my first virtual trip. Use a cassette washer if using less than 11 speeds. I bought for $329 but got a $50 credit so I only paid $279. The stand is heavy but very durable. I weigh over 105kg and am more concerned about pedal braking than tipping over the bike when in the saddle. I'm 60 years old and I think this will help me prepare for winter. I use an old yoga mat to reduce the noise from the wooden floor. I would recommend it to anyone who has a bike with 135mm to 148mm rear dropouts!
