Review on Carrs 124504 Titanium Silver Powder by Maurice Arnold

Very strong (I weigh 195 pounds). Slight 5 inch drop in height if you have to stand up when boarding the truck. I installed myself on my 14 Toyota Tundra and each one took about 15 minutes. The first one may take a little longer to figure out what goes where, but the instructions are clear, especially if you watch one of the installation videos on Carr's website first. I would recommend them to anyone with a truck as a quality alternative to footpegs or tubular steps. They look great and are surprisingly durable. I used Superhoops on the front doors and Hoop 2s on the back doors. Superhoops are twice as wide and offer much more tread. I would suggest installing 2 new hardened metal bits as rocker panels can be very stiff. I've also had the problem with the screws that came with the kit was stripping the tips on the hard rocker panels, so I just replaced them with #10 3/4" self-tapping sheet metal screws and they worked great .
