Great tool that really helps hold individuals and organizations responsible

I like how easy it makes tracking my PD activities as well as keeping up with all relevant policies for our organization! It's also great having everything in one place (you can't track your progress if you're not logged into their system). You have to be diligent about logging time spent working towards goals/activities - otherwise they don't get recorded properly or accurately at times.
We've been able to use this product effectively since we started using it last year. This has helped us keep everyone accountable when setting objectives by making sure there are no loopholes where people aren't meeting expectations regarding attendance etc.,.

Pros

The user interface is very intuitive, which helps users become more familiar quickly without any issues whatsoever getting over that initial learning curve phase.It works seamlessly across platforms so employees do really enjoy being rewarded just once instead multiple rewards per day via punch cards.I love seeing an employee reach milestones within such short periods
