Big disappointment. The flash drive worked fine for a very short time, but at some point it started freezing during the backup process. Contacting Sandisk tech support is agony: they are very polite and "understand" the inconvenience, and then they keep calling you asking for proof of the problem, then logs, then more photos, then more logs , until I refused to help them. and asked me not to call me anymore. I think their philosophy is to pretend they can help and make you forget to call them next time to avoid annoying questions. Great idea but VERY BAD PRODUCT and SUPPORT. I do not recommend this product. It's just a waste of time and money.
