Excellent product, the best quality.
The bread browned rapidly and did not transform into crackers or coals during the initial roasting, and there was no odor produced by the process. Simple to work with. I liked that we were able to choose the color for the set, that it came with a crumb tray, that the grill grates were more durable than those on many other models, and of course the price. With its drawbacks: Like much contemporary technology, the power cord is on the shorter side, yet this could be seen as an advantage by certain individuals.
