Review on 💨 Wanfocyu USB Type C M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure Adapter - Faster Data Transfer & Advanced Cooling by Jonathan Brendemuehl

This is probably my second review, but I felt compelled to tell you how impressed I am with this product. This is a high tech case to fit the SSD I removed from my broken Microsoft Surface 4 Pro computer. This enclosure properly holds the SSD and then ensures that the SSD does not touch the metal body of the enclosure with the original washer. This includes a large aluminum heatsink and thermal pad, and now I understand why; This baby is warm. Without a heatsink, I'm pretty sure my SSD would have burned out. The product comes with additional screws and washers and a screwdriver. For anyone wondering, my surface pro 4 just froze and wouldn't start after 4 years. I broke the device's glass panel to access the SSD. In this case I installed an SSD. I connected the case to another Windows 10 Pro PC that I have, but that PC reported "Access Denied" because the drive is protected by Windows Bitlocker software. I had to sign into my Microsoft account to get my Bitlocker recovery code and was then able to copy all the data to a backup drive. Hooray!
