EKWB users have been here for a long time and have never had a problem with their products. This is the second EK product I've bought from their Revain store, first 240mm AIO and now a 360 Elite paired with a 5950x. I had problems with the fan controller from day one and turned to EK. No response for several weeks. Contacted again, no response. Contacted Revane and was told to get back in touch, which I did. No response from EK. I don't know what happened to EK in the past few months but I've never had a problem with their support. Revenge? They pretend to take care of it until they can contact a third party, then their only support is a small loan that doesn't even cover part of the unit cost.
