I am very impressed with this back brace. I ordered a medium and it fits me perfectly. It is very comfortable to wear and gives my back the support I need. The quality of materials and assembly is very decent. The main cape is a breathable stretch mesh with attached straps and supportive structure. It's strong and appears to be durable. The main mesh cover has a micro Velcro closure. In addition, there are double straps with micro-velcro for fine adjustment and increased tension in the wrap. Velcro is strong and well fixed. Pretty easy to hand wash and air dry. The back support comes with 4 metal feet pre-installed. Also included is a set of 4 plastic legs which are more rigid and sturdy than metal. You can swap them out according to your needs. You can just slide them out of the slots at the top where the legs fit. In general, this is a good back brace. It's strong and well made. Strong and durable. It does a pretty good job of providing the back support I need. Easy to put on and comfortable to wear. I love that it comes with interchangeable metal and plastic feet for customization. It's worth trying them out. This is a good product and it does the job.
