This hoop was easy to assemble! It didn't take long and I was able to use it. I love the idea of using the hula hoop to tone up or lose weight. I have no hula hoop skills so need to learn how to use it lol. It is well made and looks durable! I like this one because you don't have to be skinny to fit it.
