The system cannot recognize and charge the battery. Contacted Dell support multiple times. First time they uploaded some data to my laptop remotely and the problem seemed to be solved. However, 2 weeks later I had the same problem. The second time Master came and replaced the battery. It didn't help. Then he downloaded some data (probably drivers) and the problem was fixed again, but only for 2 days. I've asked for a replacement but they won't. Instead, they schedule another visit from the technician. We'll see what he does. I have a feeling this will be another 2 day temporary fix.
