The colors are nice but the beads are too big. They stuck to my clothes and added visual weight. I was expecting something thinner, with smaller beads that were smooth to the touch. It's not smooth - you have a lot of beads with edges. They are attached to a very strong and inflexible base, so they don't fit well around the waist. The elastic band itself is fine, but it's not adjustable. I got the small one and it was still too big for my 26 inch waist and I couldn't make it smaller.
