Great engagement but content challenges

Love the concept of this & have used a couple of times.
The problem we’ve had with it is the content: child is going into kindergarten and the spelling tasks are wayyyy to easy so they get bored… so we tried the first grade content and it’s significantly advanced compared to the prior level which lead to child getting frustrated. Will put it in the closet for a few months and try again.

Limited playability: While Plugo Letters is marketed as an educational word game, the limited number of letters and words available can quickly lead to repetition and boredom

The gamepad is so glitchy that even when you place the correct letters, it still doesn’t read it at all. Their support team was not as helpful as they need to be to fix this issue for paying customers. I honestly just want to return this item.
