Great platform with tons (and i do mean TONS) useful features
The best part was that it helped us manage all reservations for our clients as well as keep track of payments.
It also allowed me access from anywhere which is great when working remotely! Sometimes I would have trouble accessing my account if there were too many people using it at once but that could be improved by adding another server or something like that. In general though this has been great so far and we are still learning how to use everything fully. We've really benefitted from being able to see reservations on one screen rather than having to search through different tabs.
Pros
- Allows you full control over your schedule
- Great customer service team quick response time, always helpful with questions/concerns etc.
- Easy way find upcoming events (even just looking up ones already scheduled)
- Sharing information via email very easy
- Upcoming schedules can easily get shared across social media platforms suchas twitter & facebook; makes sharing info much easier comparedto other systems available out in market today
