Customer Service from INVODA Disappoints Me

I just purchased several health and housekeeping products from INVODA's online store, and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. The customer service was poor, but the website was user-friendly and offered a variety of things. To begin with, I had to wait a lot longer than expected for my order to arrive. When I called to ask about the holdup, I was confronted with excessive wait periods and poor comments from customer service. When I asked for an update on my order, the personnel didn't appear to care or provide me clear answers. One item was also missing from my order when it eventually arrived. I contacted support right away, but once again, their response was delayed and uninformative. A replacement item finally arrived after several days, but it was badly damaged in transit owing to inadequate wrapping. My interactions with INVODA's customer service representatives were generally unsatisfactory. The website's product selection may be adequate, but it's hard to suggest the store because of the bad customer support and long response times. In the future, I'm hoping they'll be able to enhance their service to give their clients a more satisfying buying experience.
