I like that my emails are stored on the cloud, so they can be accessed from anywhere by me or anyone else at the organization. The software is easy to use, works well, and gets the job done. There's nothing i dislike about this product. I would highly recommend adding this application to your business process. It has helped us organize our emails as well as make it possible for any employee to work remotely while maintaining productivity levels. I like that this is customizable and easy to use, I also was able to get it set up very quickly! They are great at support too - which makes it even better. Nothing really as such but if you are looking into something different then consider Savicom. This has helped me manage all of my emails in one place. It's been helpful keeping track of things with clients.
