I actually had to change it up a bit. I heat half a cup of coffee, add a spoonful of powder, add oat milk and granulated organic stevia, add ice and then shake. It's great to pick me up in the afternoon. I like to run on the treadmill at night when I finally have time. I drank it around 8:30pm and couldn't sleep at night so it's a bit strong for energy. I can. I drink 4 ounces of coffee before my evening workout and before bed. So ideal for mornings or afternoons. Enjoy!
