Review on 💡 Water Resistant LED Bar Light: Pivoting 6" Courtesy Lamp with On/Off Switch - 12V DC Convenience Solution by David Baer

I bought this light to use in a truck. I liked the idea of not connecting the switch. I plugged in the light and the light stopped working. At first I left a pretty bad review for this product but to my surprise the company contacted me and provided me with a flashlight to replace my flashlight for free. I was about to disassemble my old light when I realized my setup was inferior. The light didn't work because I made a wrong crimp on the butt joint. I've been using this light ever since and it works great for my application. Sometimes I wanted to buy the 12 inch version. I would happily buy from Pilot again because of the customer service. Customer service was excellent and I'm sorry for the initial poor review. The light could be improved by making the mounting assembly from the same aluminum that the body is made of. I'm a normal household person and it's very easy to hook up a light like this. I decided to use the built in 3 amp fuse I had at home. I connected the light directly to the battery terminals in my truck. I rate this light 4 stars because of the plastic mounting tabs. I can't help but mention customer service. This is a great group of people. I will buy from them again.
