Review on 🌴 5FT Artificial Lighted Palm Tree by Lightshare - 56 LED Lights, Perfect Home, Party, Christmas, Nativity, and Patio Decoration by Beth Olfactory

I ordered and received this 7 ft lighted palm tree and 5 ft lighted palm tree from the same seller. I love trees, but I have a problem: the lightbulbs on the tree's 7-foot trunk don't work -- they're so dim you can barely see them. The green lights in the palm trees work well. Both sets of lights on the 5ft tree are great and very bright. I just need to replace the set of lights for just the 7ft trunk and don't want to take the wood apart and send it back for a replacement. Please inform. Thanks Shirley UPDATE: May 3, 2017 - The seller contacted me and sent me a set of replacement bulbs and a free set of star bulbs for "any inconvenience" this issue may have caused. Sean from Lightshare immediately informed me that they would replace the headlights so I wouldn't have to take the tree apart and try to put it back in the shipping crate and return it. I was provided with exemplary customer service on this matter. Now for the trees (I ordered 5ft and 7ft): they are just beautiful! They were easy to assemble, mating the sockets and plugs and shaping the palms was quick and easy too. As far as I can tell the quality is much better than I expected and I've gotten so many compliments on it, although one set of lights in the trunk didn't work until I got a new set. The kegs are wrapped in realistic electric plastic vinyl giving them a realistic look. I highly recommend these trees from Lightshare.
