I just bought a 17.3 inch laptop and wanted to protect it as best as possible when it left the house. I am ashamed to say that none of my gun cases offer this level of protection. :D Fits in my sleeve, my 12.9 inch tablet in my sleeve, a full keyboard, mouse, all associated chargers, wallet, phone, passport and pistol with 2 spare mags. There is also space for small snacks. It probably won't survive a fall from a plane, but I'm sure my stuff will be safe if it falls out of a moving vehicle. Cheaper than an extended warranty with no waiting and hassle. I love it. Please understand: protection has its price. In this case [pun intended] in both the starting price and overall weight. This thing is hard empty. You won't be running marathons or taking leisurely hikes. The only thing missing here is bulletproof. The good news is there's plenty of room to add a steel cover.
