The fee was very DOA on arrival. As the refurb is DOA this is too bad as someone RMAed the board, ran tests on it and repackaged it. The board behaved as if it had no bios. The only thing I could get them to do after testing 5 known good graphics cards and 2 known good Ryzen processors was to get a memory bug by removing all RAM. Then I found two exactly the same complaints on New-Egg. Soooo, it looks like MSI just decided not to actually test the boards and sent them back fully bricked. Good job MSI ;-).
